In a bold move towards bridging Nigeria’s professional skills gap, fast-rising Nigerian real estate investment and development firm Square Metres Construction Ltd. has launched Square Metres Academy, a training initiative aimed to equip aspiring professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the property sector.

The 7-day free training programme slated to run from April 5 to April 11, 2026, will equip participants with practical knowledge across key areas of the real estate ecosystem. The programme is expected to cover topics including real estate marketing strategies, property investment education, land acquisition processes, and professional ethics in the industry.

Oghe Ogheneriode, the CEO of Square Metres, said the academy aims to nurture a new generation of real estate professionals in Africa by combining practical learning with industry insights and mentorship.
